That’s a wrap on our biggest rollout of roadshows in Australia!

After months of planning and preparation our biggest roadshow ever in Australia has come to a close in sunny Perth.

And what a way to finish with the announcement that we have reached a major milestone in Australia – 100,000 customers! We presented to over 5,500 registered attendees across 20 locations – from regional centers such as Bendigo, Wollongong and Dubbo to Launceston, all the way to the top end, then down to the final destinations of Adelaide and Perth. Sit back and watch the roadshow wrap-up video.

I was blown away by the levels of enthusiasm and energy I witnessed at each event I went to. It was great to see so many partners, bookkeepers and accountants seeing the value in the cloud, showing enthusiasm and embracing what we do – some partners even felt compelled to applaud when we announced certain Xero features such as Tax, which was awesome to see.

Roadshow presents on cloud tech and upcoming features

To make sure we connect with partners at all levels, the content we presented was aimed at partners early on their Cloud journey right through to the most advanced partners. Content on the day included: sessions on the Cloud itself, Cloud Practice and upcoming developments (crowd favourites, for sure), as well as a sneak peek of the upcoming Tax feature.

Thanks again for coming along and making our roadshow such a hit. We love what we do and our events are a great way to share this with you. If you missed a session, want a roadshow refresh or would like to share content with a colleague, we have put together free roadshow webinars so no one misses out.

As always, Xero staff provide amazing roadshows. But you top it off with the most scrumptious food and drink to keep us all going. Thank you! :)

From my perspective, I not only love the product, I love hearing about the company as well. Please continue to share new user record breaking numbers, incredible event turnouts, and all other exciting company news. Thanks Xero.

Great work by the Xero team! Amazing results for an amazing innovative, found breaking, engaging, and utterly awesome company. In all my years as an accountant I’ve never seen anything like this kind of interest in accounting software! Well done Rod and Chris and all who are making this beautiful accounting software the best in the world.

Thanks @Mandi, @Wayne, @Rod and @ Elaine for the great feedback. The events team do a great job and we love getting out on the road and sharing some of the great things we are working on. Great to see such excitement and innovation happening in this industry.

@Carl – We have a mountain of product updates, features and innovation planned for 2014 across all products. Some of the updates shared at the roadshow include brand new highly flexible and configurable reports, online payment summary report submission from payroll, quotes, inventory, eLearning, new permission roles in Partner Edition, conversions, an employee app for payroll, payroll GL integration for Australia, Tax for Australian partners, a new Practice Manager, updates to our help centre and much much more…

We try and be as open and transparent as possible with some of what we are working on. We constantly update our help centre page to reflect this – http://help.xero.com/#Workingon

Thank-you for the recent roadshow, I attended the Brisbane session.
Angela and the Xero Brisbane team did us proud – though I missed Jason Forbes – always so busy!
It was great to see Chris Ridd at the event – I appreciate that the Xero senior management avail themselves at events like this.
I spoke to some of the Xero add-ons I was hoping to meet with at the session, and they said they could not get a spot on the Brisbane floor – great the Xero eco-system is rapidly evolving and causing these events to burst at the seams. I said to the guys they should just put a branded T-shirt on and walk around like an “old fashioned cigarette girl” with brochures on the run.
