Xero wins National iAward for Payroll

Chris Ridd accepting the National iAward for Payroll in Xero

Last night Xero was awarded Australia’s National iAward for Payroll. This follows our  recent win at the Victorian iAwards. The National iAward is presented for the most innovative ICT solution. It goes to companies that are at the cutting edge of technology innovation. Below are some of the team from support, product and design celebrating the win!

Xero Payroll team celebrating the award win

This win comes hot on the heels of Xero’s latest release. In the latest release, we’ve made it possible for you to lodge employee tax file declarations online, directly with the ATO. Already this year we’ve completely revamped our end of year process and rebuilt reporting from the ground up. We’ve also merged the Payroll API with the core Xero API. This has improved the customer experience for tens of thousands of employers.

We’ll be revealing much more of the Xero roadmap at Xerocon. So make sure you come along and see what’s in store over the coming months.
