Online training course – Reports & Budgeting

Reports and Budgeting – online training course

We’ve just set up a brand new (partner) online training course for New Zealand – Reports & Budgeting! I’m sure this will become a very popular course. Registations are open now.

The course is a direct result of feedback from our partners, asking for more detailed training on reporting in Xero client organisations. It’s free to attend so please join us for one of these sessions to learn all about reporting in Xero and pick up a few tips.

This course takes a detailed look at some key reports that are available in Xero Business.

We’ll look at a variety of reports but the online training course will focus in detail on:

  • Using the Budget Manager to set up, import/export, and copy budgets;
  • Creating new layouts for the Profit & Loss and running reports by Tracking;
  • Creating and editing Management Reports.

If you’re a customer, I’ll also be running a couple of online reporting and budgeting courses specifically for you – if this proves popular we’ll run more.

Register now for the online training course

We always want to hear your feedback after any course but as this one is brand spanking new, it’s more important than ever to give us feedback so we can improve it. So please come along and let me know what you think.

Looking forward to this one Jon – getting asked more and more for budgets – all good from the SME front!

Would be nice if this was available to global partners, esp Cdn and US.

We’ll definitely look at doing something similar for our global partners if we have enough demand. Thanks for your suggestion, Earl.

+1 for partners in the UK. I also want to see customisable Management Report Packs so I can add in more than 1 type of P&L report for clients as one size doesn’t fit all and the current Management Report leaves a lot to be desired in this area.

Hi Jon – great to hear that UK partners are interested in this course too. I’m sure it’s something that our UK training team will look at bringing out soon.
There’s lot you can do with Management Reports right now, in terms of adding in additional reports, including multiple P&Ls – this course will show how easy that is.
I’m also really excited about some of the work our Development team are doing in terms of increasing the functionality of reports – watch this space…!
