ZenCash recently discontinued service.  Those looking for an alternative, check out other Xero add-on partners in the debt management category.

ZenCash automates the receivables & collections process, taking care of all the time consuming tasks involved in ensuring your customers pay on time. ZenCash can mail a thank you note or printed copy of your invoice to make sure you get paid, or enable their third party collection services if your invoice is in default. You can design a timeline of actions that suits your business and customers yourself, so you are in complete control.

Who is it for?

Anyone that invoices from Xero will find ZenCash useful. Since there is no monthly fee, and you only pay for what you use, you can use ZenCash whether you have just a few customers or hundreds.

How ZenCash works with Xero

Setting up the connection between ZenCash and Xero is just a few clicks. ZenCash will then know what invoices are still outstanding and when to follow up on them. When invoices are sent or marked as paid in Xero, ZenCash picks this up right away.

Where you can use ZenCash

Right now, ZenCash is only available for US based Xero customers, so pricing is in US Dollars.

@Web Shark – not quite the same as ZenCash, but there are a number of Add-ons that help with following up on debtors available in New Zealand: http://www.xero.com/add-ons/payment/
