Wise.NET – cloud computing for training organisations

Wise.NET Add-on Partner

Wise.NET is a complete cloud solution for training providers. They offer a range of applications that include student administration, CRM, e-learning, surveys and finance management to suit organisations of different sizes and with different needs. The Wise.NET team also provide expert consulting services to tailor a solution and implementation as required.

Who is it for?

Wise.NET has been designed to address each stage of the student lifecycle. It can be used in training environments such as corporate training divisions and is developed to meet the specific needs of private and vocational training organisations. The Wise.NET Platform meets all reporting and compliance obligations for Australian RTOs, New Zealand PTEs and Singapore PEIs.

How Wise.NET works with Xero

Integration between Xero and the Wise.NET Platform ensures that key information is always available and up to date.

In a college environment, student details entered by admissions staff are synced to Xero as new contact records. Student finances are managed in Xero with PDF copies of invoices, payments, credit notes and updates automatically synced back as soon as they are processed to become visible to administration staff and students.

Where you can use Wise.NET

Wise.NET is available in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, but if you are based outside of these areas and think Wise.NET might also work for you, be sure to get in touch.

Brilliant solution. The new slick and beautiful integration with Xero’s API could not be sweeter. Takes accounting beyond the limits for RTO staff and student portal access.
