Intermittant issues with sending and printing PDFs (resolved)

We have had intermittent issues resulting in failure to send or print PDFs.  This has caused errors within the application for some of our users.

We have made changes that have resolved the issue however there is a small chance that errors may still occur in some rare circumstances.

Our operations team are monitoring the situation closely and we will update this blog post if any further issues occur.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this problem caused any of our users.

Can not print invoices to pdf or send invoices via email
Xero app wont work,error msg shows
Ther was a problem saving this invoice account must be valid please try agian
Pretty much can print or send invoices cant get paid

When print PDF, why the first column ITEM didn’t show? How to adjust?
