Deputy provides a platform to address your staff communications, scheduling, task management, and timesheet keeping needs. It has Facebook- style communications with integrated scheduling and time & attendance recording that nobody could stuff up (without trying really hard).

Who is it for?

Any business with more than a few staff could find Deputy useful if things like rostering and scheduling, timesheeting or formalised completions are part of day to day operations. It is especially useful in retail and hospitality industries.

How Deputy works with Xero

Timesheets entered in Deputy can be exported to payroll in Xero without the need for any further data entry. Employee details in Deputy are also seamlessly synced with Xero.

Where you can use Deputy

Deputy is available around the world, but its current integration, with payroll in Xero, is only available to Australian Xero customers.
