It doesn’t feel like a year since the last Software Satisfaction Awards, but it is.
We get useful direct customer feedback every day, but structured surveys are a useful and good-natured competitive way of publicly handing in our homework and having our customers mark us up or down.
This year we’re in two categories :
- For everyone the general survey is here.
- If you’re an accountant or bookkeeper there’s an extra category for you
The surveys should only take a few seconds to complete, as ever we’re very grateful for your support. Both of the survey links expire on June 29.
PS. There’s a slight wrinkle with survey link after you’ve completed the survey and so if you want to socially mediate this on our behalf, you should Tweet the links in the previous paragraph, not the one you see in the survey form.
