SugarCRM connector – so sweet

Imagine if your sales people and your accounts people could access and share the same data seamlessly, saving time, hassle and money.

All this is possible with our latest add-on SugarCRM, an open source CRM solution.

Working with a Xero invoice inside SugarCRM

The SugarCRM Xero connector, developed by SugarCRM partner CRM Online, provides a fully integrated CRM and accounting solution that syncs clients, invoices and purchases between Xero and SugarCRM.

You can create a draft invoice and view invoices already created within SugarCRM without involving an accounts person. And because there’s only one point of data entry you’ll have fewer mistakes. Plus there’s a handy link to the invoice in Xero too!

You can also view the up to date status of an invoice, then when ready, print or email PDF invoices. Perfect for streamlining and automating billing processes.

With these features everyone in the team will be able to get a complete view of a client account within SugarCRM.

it will be useful if invoices created in Xero can be linked up to the invoice module (Xero accounting software) in Sugar and associated to the opportunities.

It’s definitely useful to know amount billed / unbilled for won opportunity.

Overpriced cloud software is very much the trend right now (looking at you, salesforce and hubspot) but I suspect this particular product won’t do well because the pricing is not aligned with sugar’s philosophy of no-nonsense, feature-rich and yet inexpensive software. These guys need to start building plugins for the salesforce crowd.
