Launching communications to 100 thousand or more users all over the world simultaneously is not only a little nerve racking but you’re always wondering how these will be received.

Thanks to a new feature released recently by Campaign Monitor (which is what we use to send our email campaigns) we can see instant results.

There was great excitement among our marketing and design teams when we jumped into the Worldwide view for the first time. It really is quite something to see in real-time who’s opening, clicking on a link and where they are around the globe, be it Surrey in the UK, Kingston in Jamaica or perhaps Sao Paulo in Brazil.

Don’t you love it when technology just brings us closer…

Hi All
Are you aware that Microsoft has pushed out IE9 in its monthly Tuesday updates causing some of the areas of Xero to not display correctly. Graphs, invoice calender to name a few.

@George – yep, we’re on to it and will be releasing some updates in the next release that should sort these quirks out. In the meantime you can use compatibility mode (open IE9, press F12 and set the Browser Mode to IE9 Compatibility Mode or IE 8 mode to be sure).

Can you confirm which versions the green & blue markers refer to? I’m assuming green is not the accountants “green” login.

@Paul – the blue and the green are Campaign Monitor indicators of whether an email has been opened or clicked on.
