Geeking out on Accounting

We’ve just had a fantastic couple of days hosting US based accounting software gurus Doug and Sherrill Sleeter of The Sleeter Group.

It was great to have the time to take them through our thinking and deep dive into the massive investment we’re made in the Xero accounting engine.  There’s only a small group of people around the world who love accounting software as much as we do and it was absolutely stimulating to have Doug go deep and find he’d been thinking about all the same stuff we have for many years.  One of the highlights of the year so far for our team.

Thank you Doug and Sherrill for coming down to meet Team Xero and for your many valuable insights.

It was a fantastic visit to the Xero HQ. Very interesting technology, products, and an incredible team that I predict will go far. We’ll be talking about this quite a bit in the coming months, and for years to come I’m sure.
