Why are amounts not visible on the bank transactions view?

We debated that one because of space. In hindsight we should have put the amount in.

We have just updated it to show the amount. Thanks for raising this. Feels much better now.

Looking good.

It would be very handy to be able to enter new receipts into an expense claim on the fly using my iphone.

Is this capability coming to the version?

Adding receipts is currently in development and will be the next feature we release in the mobile edition of Xero.

Just wondering if you all are adding the ability to create invoices and accept credit card payments in the mobile version of Xero.

Also, any hard date set for a US version of Xero?

Hi Evan,

We do have a global version that you can use from the US, however a specific US version is still in the works. Please give the global version a go (there is a global demo that you can use free of charge) and let us know what you think.

We’re definitely looking at adding more features to our mobile version – both of yours are on the list and will be reviewed before the next release.

It’s quite hard to type on mobile phone, is that possible to show my login name automatically on login page? (ps. i am using android 1.5)

login at or goes to a standard webpage layout that is not optimized for an iPhone or other mobile device. Is this the correct address and behavior? Thanks…

No – that’s definitely not the expected behavior! And that’s definitely the right address – it should be going to the mobile optimized site, but we’ve had some issues with this since our last release. If you login & then try typing again hopefully it will work (it’s actually redirecting you to so by typing in the mobile address in again after login it should work).

Sorry about this – we are looking at it but it seems to be an intermittent problem for many users.
