The hardcore frontliners who help solve your Xero queries are Nathan, Graeme, Denyse, Penny and Mike.
With so many of our customers taking up automated bank feeds, processing these requests has become a full time role for one of our customer carers. The rest of the team have got their hands full with queries relating to invoicing, bank reconciliations, starting balances and so on.
With Xero’s recent launch into the UK, one of our customer care staff, Nathan, has returned home to the UK to look after our customers over there. He’s also keeping himself busy by doing Xero workshops with our UK partners.
