Xero In Demand In Auckland

Hello again from the Xero Revolution Roadshow!  The trip is progressing really well and people are continuing to be very interested in Xero.

Last week we visited the home of the North Harbour Rugby team, the North Shore Stadium, where one of the lounges overlooking the rugby field provided an excellent venue for our event. While the grounds men painted lines on the field for the weekend’s Ranfurly Shield challenge, we filled the room with accountants and their customers for our second roadshow session.

It soon became another valuable interactive discussion, including about how Xero changes the way that accountants can support their customers – there was certainly no shortage of interest from North Shore accountants.

The following day, Friday, we drove across the Auckland Harbour Bridge to the big smoke of Auckland to present to our largest group so far, in Xero’s Auckland offices, which are ideal for hosting our partners and customers.

The turnout was massive, particularly given it was a Friday afternoon. We even had someone fly up from Invercargill, especially to attend the event!

It’s been great being able to discuss last week’s release of new Xero features. The new My Xero concept is going down a treat, as is the ability to make use of the demo company to show others Xero.

We’ll report more from the Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier, Taupo and New Plymouth events later this week.

You can read more about the Xero Revolution Roadshow and where we’re heading next – please register to join us at one of the events if you’re interested.

Catch you down the road!
