From the very start of Xero it’s been our mission to deliver a great user experience, by design, so that using Xero is a pleasure. We want people to smile when they use Xero because it does what they want, exactly when they need it.

We’ve been meeting with business owners, bookkeepers, accountants and other financial advisors to listen and learn how we can help their businesses run smoother and smarter.

It’s a continual process. As we add features and receive feedback we are able to make adjustments that can appear in Xero almost immediately. We are constantly refining Xero to optimize business workflow, so people can get things done quicker and smarter.

As we sign on new users, we’re getting more and more great feedback. I’m really thrilled that people are, in fact, finding it a pleasure to use.
