Role Description
This role is responsible for new Xero Partner recruitment and achieving the national organization and revenue sales targets for Xero in the US.
Ideal Personal Profile
  • 12+ years experience in a sales leadership role
  • Track record of excellence and exceeding team quota
  • Experience selling to the accounting industry appreciated, but not required
  • Experience managing field sales, channel sales, and direct/telesales, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
  • Extensive knowledge of SaaS or recurring revenue models, metrics, and web sales
  • Proven experience building world-class sales teams, including the ability to hire rock stars
  • Proven experience operating in a rapid expansion environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the US market and field sales expansion
  • Passion for technology and the interwebs
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, including with global peers and teams
