We're looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You need to be super comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You'll also need to like winning!
  
What will you do?

You'll play a pivotal role in the rapid growth of Xero in the US by helping accounting professionals convert more of their clients to Xero. You'll also help accounting professionals use online strategies to offer better services and win new clients.  

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years proven Account Management/Sales experience of selling into accounting practices is highly desirable
  • Strong passion and relentless desire to make a difference
  • Ability to present and demonstrate product to large audiences essential
  • Ability to wow customers with mind-blowing demos and webinars
  • A passion for the internet and cool emerging technologies
  • A keen attention to detail and follow-up—you care about customer success
  • Enthusiasm for building strong relationships with CPA firms and small businesses
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
