Xero Front of House
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Xero headquarters. We are looking for someone to lead our front of house and become the face of Xero to everyone that walks through our doors. Experience in an office environment and being able to handle all that is thrown at you is key to this role. A relentless attention to detail would make you perfect candidate. Based in Wellington, duties would include:
Responsibilities of the front of house include:
- Providing support to the Xero team (in New Zealand and overseas)
- A proven administrator and coordinator
- Accounts / finance experience
- General office duties
- Managing travel for all staff
- Liaising with suppliers
- Assisting in hosting events and meeting requirements
- Any other such duties required by Xero
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in office administration
- Competent in MS Office / IT
- Outstanding communication skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships
- Able to work across the team
- Thinking on your feet – fast and flexible
- A passion for all things web and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to bring new ideas to the table and work independently
- Full / clean valid driver’s license

Business Systems Analyst
We're looking for:
- Someone with 3-5 years of experience as a business systems analyst, ideally working with business management systems developed and deployed using web-based technologies
- Preferably experienced with design-led software development methodologies, including use case and interaction design processes
- Someone with strong communication skills who can talk to business users, accountants and other non-IT stakeholders, as well as technical design and development teams
- Ability to bring new ideas to the table, a passion for all things web and a willingness to go the extra mile
- A CA qualification or working towards this is preferred but not essential

Test Analyst
We're looking for:
- Someone who is passionate about accounting, testing and all things web
- A tester with at least one year's testing experience who is able to prepare and execute test scripts and test plans and has sound knowledge of the testing lifecycle
- Ideally someone with experience in testing business applications in particular accounting applications
