Designed for accountants, bookkeepers and small businesses, AutoEntry cuts the time and cost of manually entering data from paper documents into Xero. Whether scanned copies or photos, it automatically captures and analyses data on bank and credit card statements, bills, invoices, receipts and more.

Through this collaboration, AutoEntry has integrated with the Xero HQ Activity Feed, which supports your firm’s workflow. As with our other Xero HQ apps, the main advantages for accountants using this new integration can be found in the activity feed, which saves considerable time when getting all the right documents in order.

At the client level within Xero, notifications range from documents that are ready to be published, those that are overdue or have become dormant as well as any documents that have failed to publish or need your attention. From the accountant’s view, you will receive notifications about each of your clients. You will also receive notifications about documents that need to be published.

As a result, you’ve got a lot more rich information at your fingertips. So you can make better, informed business decisions for your client to help them prosper.
