How we’re helping businesses affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma

The recent severe weather events that were Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, have brought devastation to parts of North America. The communities in Houston, the northeastern Caribbean and the Florida Keys are going through a particularly challenging time. Livelihoods and businesses have been disrupted, homes and infrastructure destroyed, and tragically, lives have been lost.

For the next few months and beyond, we understand that those of you in these communities face particularly challenging times for your businesses. We want to be of as much assistance and support as we can, so you can focus on what’s important.  

We are reaching out to customers directly to offer some relief from their monthly Xero subscription payments. If you are a customer, please do get in touch with our customer service team to talk through the assistance we can provide.
