Enhanced integrations

DataDear

DataDear is designed for accountants to build powerful reports with live client data and to post transactions back to Xero from Excel. It has recently introduced the ability to filter the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports by multiple tracking categories. This functionality has also extended to allow tracking to work within a group of companies. Checking and updating your chart of account codes and descriptions is a painful exercise especially when several organisations need to be updated. DataDear has also introduced a simple method to carry out this task directly from Excel.

Administrate

Administrate is a platform to manage your entire training operation. Synchronise your Training Department or Training Company invoices, payments and credit notes (coming soon) between Xero and your Training Management System. It’s now possible to synchronise payments and credit notes (in the past this was just invoices). Additionally, users will have a widget and dashboard detailing sync status, which links out to where they can fix any issues they may have. No need to mark invoices as paid across two systems. Additionally you can see the payment/credit note status of customers even if you don’t have access to Xero. In addition, you have a single place to get a clear overview of sync progress and can easily find and resolve issues.
