Help for Help
Xero Help Centre is hiring! As Xero’s feature set grows and we begin to make improvements to things we built a while ago, so does the Help Centre. So Team Orange, as we’re affectionately referred to internally, needs another smart writer – someone who wants to become a whiz at using Xero, can put themselves in our customers’ shoes and then share their knowledge by writing content for Help Centre.
Don’t be scared off by Xero being an ‘accounting system’ – it’s certainly not a traditional software product (in fact it’s easy and fun to use as reported by our customers) so you don’t need to be an accountant (I’m not) you just need to be able to learn everything there is to know about Xero and be willing and able to communicate that.
